French Quarter Confections 
2020

French Quarter Confections opened in 2020 on Cedar Point's Main Midway. 

French Quarter Confections replaced the former Bayou Refreshments and Sweets N Treats food stands. 

On December 11, 2019, Cedar Point announced it would be building French Quarter Confections for the 2020 season. 

French Quarter Confections would be a French inspired building located just inside Cedar Point's front gate. The new restaurant would sell custom made funnel cake and elegant ears. 

When Cedar Point closed for the 2019 season the former food stands were removed to make room for French Quarter Confections. The new French Quarter Confections was built over the winter for its July opening. 

French Quarter Confections was originally suppose to open in May 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the park opening was delayed until July of 2020. French Quarter Confections opened on July 10, 2020.

French Quarter Confections is located between Jack  Aldrich Theatre and Midway Carousel. 

French Quarter Confections has a classic style interior. You get to wait inside to get your food where you will see it get made in front of you!

The line for French Quarter Confections usually goes pretty fast, but it can it can get very busy and can take a white to get through the line. 

French Quarter Confections features classic amusement park snacks. You can get Elephant Ears, Funnel Cakes, Waffles, and Ice Cream! You chose what toppings you want. All of the food at French Quarter Confections is all fresh!

French Quarter Confections also has Cotton Candy and Fudge! 

When you get your food you can eat in the food patio located right outside of French Quarter Confections!

The food patio for French Quarter Confections is very nice! French Quarter Confections usually opens during the evening, so it is very nice to relax and enjoy a snack! 

French Quarter Confections was a great addition to Cedar Point for the 2020 season!
