Hot Rods was a spinning ride in Kiddy Kingdom at Cedar Point.

Hot Rods opened in 1970. Cedar Point redid its Kiddieland section of the park for the 100th anniversary of the park.

Hot Rods was located between Police Cars and 4x4's. It was in the upper left-hand corner of Kiddy Kingdom right in front of the Coliseum.

Hot Rods was built by Hampton. Over the years Hampton would build many of Cedar Point's early kids' rides including:

On August 27, 2013, Cedar Point announced it was redoing its Gemini Midway for the 2014 season. Gemini Children's Area would be reworked to make way for the expansion.

Hot Rods was one of the smaller, tamer rides in Kiddy Kingdom. After 43 years, Cedar Point would retire Hot Rods. Hot Rods closed on Sunday, October 27, 2013 and was removed from Cedar Point.

Cedar Point decided to keep Space Age. The ride would be placed in the location that was home to Mustangs. Mustangs would be moved into the Hot Rods location.

Mustangs has been in the location of Hot Rods since 2014.
