Joe Cool's Dodgem School is a kids bumper car ride in Planet Snoopy at Cedar Point.

Joe Cool's Dodgem School began its life as Krazy Kars. Krazy Kars opened in Kiddieland in 1970. Over the years the ride remained in Kiddieland. In 1993 the area was renamed Kiddy Kingdom.

Krazy Kars was located at the far end of Kiddy Kingdom.

Kids loved Krazy Kars! They were really fun to ride and they didn't need a parent to ride these rides! Krazy Kars remained in Kiddy Kingdom until the end of the 2014 season.

On Saturday, February 22, 2014, Cedar Point announced It was moving Krazy Kars from Kiddy Kingdom to Planet Snoopy to make room for Dodgem. The ride would be renamed and rethemed to Joe Cool's Dodgem School.

Joe Cool's Dodgem School replaced the Gazebo food stand.

Joe Cool's Dodgem School opened on Saturday, May 9, 2015.

Joe Cool's Dodgem School became even more popular in Planet Snoopy. Kids just love being able to ride bumper cars.

Theming

When the ride was relocated to Planet Snoopy it was given a new theme. The ride went from a generic theme to being themed to Joe Cool from the Peanuts franchise.

The ride was given a refreshing look and it better fits in with the Planet Snoopy theme.

The ride features bright colors and it looks really nice.

Ride Experience

Joe Cool's Dodgem School's ride experience begins with guest entering the line for the ride. The entrance to Joe Cool's Dodgem School is at the front of the ride.

Riders are loaded into small 2 passenger cars. The kids can either ride by themselves or they can ride with a friend.

The ride begins after the ride operator checks the riders restraints making sure everything is safe for riders to enjoy the ride.

In true bumper car fashion, riders ride around Joe Cool's Dodgem School trying to bump into as many cars as they can. This usually makes the kids laugh and giggle. They really do enjoy riding this ride.
