Woodstock Express

Woodstock Express is a 38-foot-tall family roller coaster located in the Camp Snoopy section of Cedar Point.

On Friday, November 13, 1998, Cedar Point announced that it would open Camp Snoopy for the 1999 season. The new children’s area would feature seven rides, a food stand, a new outdoor theater, and a new roller coaster.
The entire area would be themed to the Peanuts franchise. |

Woodstock Express opened on May 9, 1999, as the centerpiece of the park’s new Camp Snoopy children’s area at Cedar Point. When it debuted in 1999, Woodstock Express became the park’s 13th roller coaster. Today, it stands as the 9th oldest roller coaster at Cedar Point.

Woodstock Express is located in the Camp Snoopy area of Cedar Point. The ride sits between the lagoon and Peanuts 500.

Theming
Ride Experience
The line for Woodstock Express can range from about 10 minutes to as long as 45 minutes. Since the ride operates with only one train, the line can move slowly at times.
