Guest Experience Team
The Guest Experience Team is responsible for improving our quality content for CP Insiders.
Who does the Guest Experience Team Report to?
Manager of Guest Experience Team. (Until someone is named manager, VP of CP Insiders)
Responsibilities
-Responds to comments on social media.
- Try to get more traffic to our platforms. ex. Website Traffic, Facebook likes, Twitter followers, Instagram leads. ect.
-Responds to emails.
-Responds to Facebook, Twitter and Youtube messages.
-Conducts surveys to find out what people think about our content. Reports the findings so we can adjust our business plans.
-Reviews yearly business plan.
-Develops measurable goals for CP Insiders.
-Recruits older pictures so we can make CP Insiders better.
-Other duties may be assigned and posted here at any time.
