Happy Friar is located on the Gemini Midway. It is in-between Woodstock Express and Gemini.

Happy Friar originally opened in 1979.

Happy Firat was a walk up starid where it had Cedar Point's famous French fries! It also had corndogs and cheese on a stick.

Happy Friar served Coke products and Icees.

There was an outside food patio that was located to the right of Happy Friar! Guests could sit here and enjoy their food while they ate.

Happy Friar was always a very busy stand. The line would often spill out into the midway, where it would block guests from going from one side of the park to the other.

On Saturday, February 22, 2025, Cedar Point announced that they would be expanding and remodeling Happy Firar for the 2025 season.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Happy Friar was removed after the park closed for the 2024 season.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The new Happy Friar opened on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

|
|
|

The new restaurant looks very nice1 It has a European feel to it.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The interior of the restaurant is very modern in appearance.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Guests wait in line to get their food at Happy Friar. The line is nontally really fast.

Happy Friar has:
-Cheese on a stick -Hot dogs on a stick -Mini Cordogs |

|

|
|
|
|
Happy Friar serves its food cafeteria-style. This make it so that your food is always ready.

Happy Friar also has Cedar Point Famous French Fries! They do have diffrrent seasoning that you can add to fries!

Happy Friar also has salads and fresh fruit for guests to choose from.

After you get your food, you head to the cashier to pay for your food.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Happy Friar also has a Coca-Cola fountain machine so that guests can get Coke products to drink!

Happy Friar is lightly themed on the inside. There are imprints on the wall of the Happy Friar.

The new restaurant was a huge improvement for guests who liked to go to Happy Friar.

|
|
Happy Friar does not offer an indoor eating area. There is a large food patio located outside the restaurant for guests to eat at.

|
|
Redoing Happy Friar for the 2025 season was a wonderful addition to Cedar Point. Happy Friar will entertain Cedar Point guests for decades to come!
