Pagoda Gift Shop
|
The Pagoda Gift Shop’s building was originally constructed around the turn of the 20th century. The building was originally located in the middle of what is now the Main Midway. It was first built to serve as a checkroom for the resort and later became the Cedar Point Post Office.
In 1960, Cedar Point began redesigning the Main Midway, and the Pagoda was originally scheduled for demolition. Mrs. Roose, the wife of George Roose, wanted to save the building and transform it into a gift shop. The Pagoda was moved to its current location, where it has remained a gift shop to this day. |
|
Pagoda Gift Shop is located on Cedar Point’s Main Midway, between The Button Shop and Sweet Spot. The shop is situated directly in front of the Sky Ride.

The store received a new entrance that provides access to The Sweet Spot.
