The Button Stop is a very inviting shop. The store is an open concept and features bright colors.
The Button Stop was intended to open for the 2020 season, but due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the opening of the gift shop was delayed until 2021.
The Button Stop is where you get Cedar Point's collectible buttons. Each year the park has put out an entire new collection.
The button collection is Cedar Point's version of the popular pin trading that some parks offer. This was Carrie Boldman's idea to bring the buttons to Cedar Point. Carrie would become General Manager of Cedar Point in 2021.
The store has a wall of common buttons that guests can buy and trade. There is a very cool variety of buttons that can be picked.
The store has a special wheel that has buckets on it. In the buckets there is are button packs. Each button has 1 rare or ultra rare button, and 4 common buttons. You don't know exactly what you will get until you open your button pack.
The store also has cool lanyards and pins.
The store also has a really good snack selection. You can also get drinks as well as bubble wands here.
